In the Noucentista style, the forged lines are highlighted with subtle moldings, and the windows are crowned in the shape of a semicircular arch. The metal beams that support the Catalan volta floors rest directly on the party walls and the stairwell, thus giving rise to an infinite number of interior configurations of partitions.

Taking into account the orientation on the southeast/northeast axis, as well as the existence of a terrace accessible to the interior of the block, it is proposed to distribute the home into two clearly differentiated halves: a large day room, facing the main façade, which contains living area, dining room and kitchen, and a night area reserved for the interior, seeking the tranquility of the block patio and leaning on the interior patios of the property.
