The building is the work of the architect Francesc Daniel Molina, whose most important project was the Plaza Real in Barcelona. His buildings were characterized at the time by their facades with reliefs, and this one in particular, was one of the first buildings in Barcelona that was allowed to exceed one hundred spans in height. Its triangular shape with three facades favors the distribution of spaces and the entry of natural light. In addition, it is located in one of the most emblematic squares of the Gothic Quarter and in a wide charming street full of balconies. This beautiful apartment has two bedrooms and a bathroom. Its finishes are excellent and of exceptional originality. Residents will be able to sunbathe and enjoy the views, thanks to the fantastic solarium of the communal rooftop area. In addition, the rooftop will have 5 private terraces of different sizes where you can enjoy the outdoors with privacy. The location of the building could not be better. A few meters from it we find numerous cultural and tourist attractions, such as the Basilica de la Mercè, an exponent of the baroque architecture of Barcelona, erected on a medieval church of the thirteenth century. In addition, just two steps away, we discover the famous Ramblas, the Old Port and the Barceloneta beach. This part of the Gothic Quarter is not only characterized by its historical value, but it has recently become the area with the most life thanks to its local and international reference clubs, such as the Soho House and the OneOcean Club.
