Having worked with this company to rent out an apartment for a couple of years, finding tenants very quickly and ensuring checks were made, any issues resolved efficiently and professionally, I also decided to sell the apartment through them. We contracted Lasose Properties & Investments to rent our two properties in Barcelona at the time of the pandemic and after a period of time that they were in the market with no success with another prestigious real estate agent. A big plus are the digital tools they use which makes it possible to do everything from your phone, and the english contracts for non spanish speakers. I finalized everything, from responding to their ad, viewing and securing a place within less than 3 days (including paperwork). I would definitely recommend working with them.

Amazing! Very friendly, Rosi who showed me the place was a sweetheart, though as Annalisa, very helpful & quick responses. The place I found is beautiful, clean, and cosy - even better than in the pics :) I can only recommend this agency, I have seen many & this is the best! Happy to have found my new home with them!
